- Mobile communication for the store
We connected 3 digital phones and 2 cordless phones. We saved them money by simply using the cordless phones they already had to the phone system.
They can now answer multiple calls and transfer calls to and from each other which has saved time, money and frustration.
- Better call handling (juggling)
Here we installed an Auto Attendant that now acts as a backup for staff answering the phone. Rather than staff having to stop a call to answer another, or interrupt a sale, the Auto Attendant now answers after 6 rings and says “Thank you for calling ABC Supplies, your call is important and we will be with you in a moment”. This ensures they never miss calls, and it sounds incredibly professional.
The Auto Attendant now professionally answers calls after hours as well. The system can even answer multiple calls at once and callers leave messages that the manager listens to every morning.
- Sounding more professional
