Very disappointing. I purchased the headset after many complaints from people who I was calling via Skype, because they could not hear me clearly. Unfortunately the sound quality from the microphone is very poor - I get better results using the inbuilt microphone on the computer (I have a Mac computer) rather than from the headset. This makes the headset a complete waste of money. rnrnIt should have been simple to set up but it wasn't. On the latest iMac computers it only seems to work via the USB (and only after restarting the computer).rnrnYou can't tell what the products quality is like just from the packaging - which makes the 30 day satisfaction guarantee provided by Simply Headsets misleading and meaningless as the guarantee won't be honoured if you open the product packaging. |
