Thanks very much for your help in organising our new digital card and license; I really appreciated you keeping me informed as to the delivery of the card.
Also a special thank you to Shane your technician; Shane did a brilliant job installing our handsets and again yesterday in installing the new card / reprogramming the PABX. There were a few rebooting issues this morning and Shane was very helpful and clear on the steps I needed to take to resolve these small issues. On behalf of Slingshot I thank you and Shane for making the whole process a smooth transition, aligning the porting with minimal time offline all contributed to this being a stress free experience.
