We bought these headsets for our travel agency. They look big but are very light. If I get more, I'd probably want something more discrete. The battery seems to go all day and my staff like them, just one employee won't wear it cos it messes up her hairdo! |

I don't like things poking in my ear so I got the CS351N headset. It feels very secure and I like that I can adjust the volume & mute the call even when I'm not near my phone. I just wish I could transfer calls with it too but apparently no headsets can do that - please can you pass this on to the manufacturers? I'm sure lots of people would buy them. |
