Overview
The stylish CS60 wireless headset system gives excellent sound quality and hands free wireless freedom up to 100m from your desk (typical office up to 50m). The lightweight and stylish headset can be converted into 3 styles: over the ear, headband and our unique behind the neck design. CS60 has a talk time of up to 9 hours and you can even take calls when you are away from your desk using our optional handset lifter. The IntelliStand™ feature senses when the headset has been removed from the base automatically lifting the handset and directing your call into the headset.

This headset is great to use, though I am finding it hard to find a truly comfortable fitting earpiece, sound quality good but for a slight echo when the volume is up loud. My biggest gripe is the instruction booklet -which has several languages on a page for each point so you have to plough through the whole booklet just to set it up. Also the setup instuctions do not allow for -phones with headset sockets - a colleague set hers up wrongly through following the instructions. |

I dont understand why we even need the handpiece in this day and age. All units should just have this wonderful piece of technology supplied! My neck and shoulders thank you. Also, appreciated the follow up call from sales rep after order placed. Just wish i had taken up the offer of getting the handset lifter. |

I recommended your headsets to my husband who has his own business. I find them extremely useful and very easy to use. He unfortunately had already ordered headsets through someone else. He still doesn't have the headsets yet!!!! I just think how lucky I am as we received such excellent and speedy service. |

I used a plantronics headset at my last job and absolutely loved it! After working at my current job for nearly 2 years I suggested we order some for the company. As it is a bigger company the cost of getting one for every administration member would have been significant so they let me order one and 'trial' it on behalf of the rest of the company. As I had already used one and loved it I knew this would be the same! And it was! I passed on my very happy feedback and I think we have ordered about another 6 or 7 since then and the admin manager asked me the other day to order another 2 this week! We are working our way around the company and everyone is really happy with them! Thanks again J |

I love my CS60! I've never had a headset before and am so pleased I got a wireless one - I can move to the filing cabinet without interrupting the call with my customer. The only thing is the ear clip - it doesn't feel very secure, as if the headset flops around a bit. I just wear it with the headband & it's much more comfortable. |

Plantronics lowest priced truly wireless headset. At around the same cost as a corded headset & amp it's a great headset for the price. Perfect if you want the same headset for several people as it can be worn over the head or over the ear (although a few customers have commented that over the ear isn't very comfy). This headset doesn't have noise cancelling but if you don't have much background noise you'll be fine. The best indication is that people come back for them time & time again as their business grows. |
