We found your pre-purchase service very good, infomative and helpful. Delivery was prompt and worked in well with our opening hours. The set up of the headset was fairly easy and the use of the headset has been great. I has cetainly freed up our hands and neck. The only downside we have experianced is this headset does pickup more external noise than anticipated and at times is a little too quite. Other than that, it is good. |

1. Fantastic, speedy service and value for money. 2. Ease of use for your headset – 5. The headset is easy to use with answer, hang up, volume features on the actual headset ie. Completely cordless, light weight and the headband makes it very comfortable to wear. 3. Value for money – 5. I consider the price paid for this product to be absolute value for money. If I were to add up what I have spent over time going to chiropractors & masseurs for neck and shoulder pain from trying to hold a handset to me ear, this product will not only pay for itself in a short space of time but in the future will save me money. 4. Convenience – As my family all live interstate and it is important to me to keep in contact, the cordless headset allows me to multi task ie. Do the washing up whilst on the phone, do the ironing, hang out washing, fold the washing and make school lunches. 5. Versatility – As I also run a home office the headset allows me to have both hands free for the computer, sending faxes, opening mail, doing filing, all whilst on the phone if necessary. Basically, time is money no matter what your occupation so the more productive I am the better. 6. Leisure – My life is very busy and time is always in short supply, so the more I efficiently I run my business and household the more time there is for fun. For me: Headset = happy wife & happy mum = happy family. |

I ordered two of the headsets & lifters, for the girls at the front desk. Our office is extremely busy, the headset now allows the girls the type and talk at the same time, get up off their chair to get a file & even answer the phone when they are not at their desk. I only complaint I am getting from the girls it that the headset moves about & they are always adjusting it. Next time I will purchase a lighter weight headset. Other than that we love them |

Love the headset but the lifter isn't great with our phone, sometimes it slips off. We used to have a Plantronics one and it held the handset better. Spose it depends what phone you have! |

I have this headset to be reliable & good quality sound. The only problem I've ever had is that the over-ear clip isn't very comfortable. Maybe it's my ears (I don't think they're abnormal!) but the headband is fine. |
