I just wanted to let you know that I was very impressed with your fabulous web site and therefore made the decision to get a quote from your company, Infiniti. Even though you were not the cheapest option you still managed to come close enough for me to run with your option. You, Mark, handled all questioning with patience and a professionalism that made me confident that I had chosen the right company.
Once I had confirmed that I would go ahead it was 3 weeks later and a fantastic installer arrived at 4pm and worked till 11pm that night and still was able to return the next day and virtually complete the job. He was also able to offer us a return visit to finalize all the last details.
Thanks for bringing me up to date on phone systems and we are working towards learning all that is available from these Alcatel systems.
