The Samsung 7200 is a powerful telephone system. When you look at the features and system design you can see how Samsung has incorporated the good elements of other leading systems to create this cutting edge 7200 model.
They've really taken a leaf from the Alcatel and Avaya's of the world and moved to a truly convergent platform (where your phones and computers start to work with each other to improve productivity and reduce costs).
The 7200 also offers everything you could need or want in a medium sized solution from Call centre applications, to VoIP to sophisticated voicemail and call handling.
The system itself is easy to use and the handsets are modelled as a hybrid of new on screen navigation and older style key system technology where you hit a button to do things. It's a good blend although they should have made the screens bigger like previous models.
The problem with the Samsung is the same as faced by Alcatel and Avaya new technology. No matter how easy you make it many people still revert to the more basic platform of the Aria and Panasonic because it's what they're used to.
If you are prepared to let technology work for your business then the Samsung 7200 is a good choice.
