For example, it can take weeks, not days, to organise an ISDN Onramp 10 service.
Also, if you change your moving dates, carriers will often cancel your existing order and put you to the back of the queue. So firm dates are very important if you're getting new phone lines as well.
Part of our process is to conduct a preliminary inspection of your site to ensure there will be no hidden surprises – for either party. At least 30% of relocations require additional data or phone cabling.

If you have to change your phone numbers you will need to place diversions on the existing phone numbers. Although we have ways to reduce these costs, diverting calls is still a billable charge by carriers.

Prior to removing your PABX from your old premises it is very important for your PABX technician to set diversions to your new numbers.

Telstra Network Relocations
Are you able to keep your own numbers? If you move within the same Telstra exchange you are. If not, you will need to factor in carrier charges for the diversions.
If you are not moving within the same Telstra exchange you will have to change your phone numbers and will need to place diversions on your existing numbers. Although we have ways to reduce these costs, diverting calls is still a billable charge by carriers.
