"Their installation process made getting the new system easier than I expected. It was handled professionally from the start up to the finish."
Avaya Reviews
The happiest phone purchases are made by people that know what they want, where they're going and are open to what technology can do for them. It sound a little like marketing 101 but it's true. If you're not open to what technology can offer then look at another brand because this is where the Avaya excels.
Avaya simply does "technology" better than anyone and has the awards to prove it. What clients like most is not necessarily the advanced features, but how it makes them so user friendly and accessible so they actually use them on a daily basis. Once you've seen an Avaya system working you'll look at the others very differently. It's akin to going for a ride in a Ferrari, nothing feels the same afterwards.
Where other brands are just starting to adopt CTI, Unified messaging, VoIP, Networking etc, Avaya has it down to a fine art and have been doing it brilliantly for years. If you are ready to transform the way you communicate then Avaya may be your businesses best friend.
With small systems the Avaya option was perhaps too expensive for businesses that didn't need the features. With Medium sized operations it's a different ball game.
Avaya recently released the IP 500 and dropped it's pricing to compete with the other players in the medium space. It comes with features like Voicemail and CTI for FREE (only the Alcatel offers the same). You now get an amazing solution for around the same money as lesser brands - a Ferrari solution at Ford pricing.
What are you waiting for? If you're serious about your communications then take an Avaya for a test drive today.
