Aria Communications Pty Ltd (T/A LG Aria) is the exclusive Australian distributor for LG KTS and PBX products for Australia and the Pacific. The company was founded in January 2000, and is a member of the Perth-based CDM Group of Companies.
Authorised use of the LG brand in the trading name of LG Aria is indicative of the extremely close relationship Aria Communications enjoys with the products manufacturer – LG Corporation.
In 2003, Aria Communications won top international recognition as the LG Global Platinum Distributor, against distributors covering 53 countries including USA, UK, Germany, South Africa, Spain, Italy and Sweden to name but a few. While this award takes sales performance into consideration, many countries move far greater volume by sheer size of their respective markets. LG Aria’s success in gaining this award was due to a number of factors including sales growth, product testing and approval processes, product support, marketing programs, dealer training and support infrastructure and brand-protection policies (i.e. processes in place to ensure that user-impacting issues are addressed in a responsible and timely manner).
