The LG brand has built a solid reputation for reliable electronics products at value pricing. Their range of phone systems is no different. There may be more technical offerings in the market but few systems are as well received by clients.

• This model only expands to 14 handsets
• Administrator software to manage your own system is an extra (other systems include this free).

The bottom line

• There's a reason Aria is number #1.
• The ease of use cannot be understated for small business.
• Unless you have very specific technical requirements you'd never get fired for putting an Aria in your small business.

LG Aria 130C & LG Aria 130 Phone System Review

The LG-Nortel Aria range of phone systems is currently Australia's #1. It's not because they're the most technologically advanced, (the Alcatel, Avaya and Samsung are ahead there). The real reason is the Aria is unquestionably, the EASIEST to use system in the medium space.

Like a mobile phone, the average user only scratches the surface of what they're capable of. Phone systems are no different. You could reasonably argue why do you need buttons and features you won't use? Depending on your individual and future needs you'd be right in a majority of cases.

This ease of use concept with the 130c & 130 simply can't be undervalued or overstated. Staff training is easy and using the Aria system is bordering on child's play it's so straightforward. The bottom line

You'd never get fired for putting an Aria in your business - unless you have very specific technical requirements that it couldn't do. Apart from keeping your job you won't have to put up with staff whinging as they get used to a new system because its easy to operate.
