The Avaya 9641G IP handset is the flagship model for the award-winning IP500 Office phone system. This model has been designed for ‘power users’ and is currently the state-of-the-art in phone handsets. It replaces the 5620 handset from the now superseded 5600 series.

Like all IP handsets, the 9641G is automatically recognised by the Avaya IP phone system the moment it is plugged into an existing Ethernet port. This makes extension additions or changes faster and easier than ever before.

Designed for managers, receptionists and other staff that spend large amounts of time on the phone, the 9641G takes the 9621G IP and 9608 IP to the next level, with a larger display and support for up to 3 x 24 button expansion modules. This add-on lets users see at a glance which staff are on calls and which are free (great for managing call routing). It also comes with Bluetooth built-in, for seamless convergence of computer and telephony headsets.
