Just to let you know about the service we have received from Infiniti.
From my first contact with your company I have had nothing but great service. Everyone has been most courteous and helpful and understanding of our requirements.
Our appointment was booked and confirmed within minutes. The technician, Greg, arrived right on time, was most pleasant and helpful. He did what he needed to do without any fuss and was flexible within our needs at the time.
He was very helpful when I contacted him about another matter that was not related.
The Office, Pat, also has followed up with calls and emails about an ongoing difficulty from another area, unrelated to the work done by Infiniti. This has all been of great comfort in what has been a very stressful office relocation.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. I now have renewed faith that 'Service' does still exist.
Kind regards

Voip Phone Call Rates and Savings

VoIP Calls Explained + Benefits

Voice over Internet Protocol is simply a transfer of 'voice' over internet protocol, in the same way data (emails, pictures, video) is transferred.

Normal phone calls travel across copper wire (PSTN) or digital (ISDN) phone lines that have been laid out all over Australia by Telstra. When you make a call your voice travels across these cables to your destination.

When using VoIP for your calls, you are simply replacing your traditional phone lines with an internet connection. That way the calls leave your phone system/office and go out to the world over that internet connection, instead of the typical Telstra phone lines.

The best news is... you don’t need a new phone system to take advantage of cheap VoIP phone calls. Any type of system, new or old (even your 15-year old Commander system), can have VoIP lines attached to it by any of our qualified phone technicians. Once this has been done you’ll start saving immediately with VoIP. For cheap IP calls it doesn't matter how your phone system works internally - just how it ‘connects’ to the outside world.

I have a SIP Enabled Phone System

If you're running a phone system that was purchased in the last 2 years there is a high chance that your system might be SIP compliant. SIP is arguably the ultimate form of VoIP and will afford you the greatest call savings!

By running a SIP-enabled system, such as Avaya IP500 PBX, CISCO or other leading solutions, you simply connect the SIP trunk to your system, ensure the system is licensed correctly and away you go.

SIP trunks don’t just offer reduced phone call rates. SIP is a form of VoIP and it allows an unlimited number of concurrent phone calls. This means that you no longer have to rent individual phone lines like you do with Telstra.

Most carriers charge between $30 and $40 rental per month per line, which can add up quickly if you are running an office with 4 or more lines ($120 a month or more).

Eliminate this costly phone line rental with a SIP trunk from Infiniti that costs only $80 per month for unlimited channels - effectively providing you with an unlimited number of concurrent calls at the one low price every month.

This cost saving alone can equate to hundreds of dollars a month, and for businesses with 5 or more lines it can offset the cost of an entirely new SIP-enabled phone system.

Connecting VoIP to my current phone system

The good news is it’s very straightforward. Speak to one of our VoIP experts and you can see what type of VoIP connection is best for you (VoDSL, ATA, SIP, etc). From there we coordinate everything and arrange for a tech to connect your new VoIP services to your phone system. There’ll be no change in the way your phone system operates - just the way the phone calls are transmitted to the world outside your office.

Whether your system is 1-, 5- or 10-years old, if you have a current phone system working on traditional analog (PSTN) phone lines, you can still slash your phone bill by switching to VoIP phone lines.

By using a device referred to as an ATA, you can have VoIP lines installed into your office and have that signal 'converted' into the analog signal your current phone system understands.

It really is that simple. Unfortunately most providers won't tell you this because they want to sell you a brand new system and they make lose income on the more expensive phone calls too.
