We offer Australia's only 12-month new phone system warranty on USED telephone systems. All our used phone systems are checked and professionally refurbished to as-new condition and backed with guaranteed parts and service.

What do these new and used phone system warranties cover?

Defective parts, phone system handsets and internal cards are covered for 12 months from date of delivery. Manufacturer warranties don't cover the labour cost to inspect, repair or replace any defective or broken equipment on site. If you want labour covered you will need a maintenance agreement.

So, you've 2 choices for covering labour cost under warranty.

You can opt to fully insure yourself with a maintenance agreement.
Simply pay for any labour services if / when they arise. Unless you instruct us otherwise, this is our default position with all new phone systems.
