Corporate VoIP

How can VoIP transform your company?

VoIP and IP technology are transforming the corporate landscape. However, the most popular question asked of us by larger companies is about reliability. You already understand the cost savings are potentially enormous, as are the productivity and efficiency improvements - but you simply can’t afford downtime.
You can’t have 100+ staff off the air unable to communicate, no matter how cheap calls are.

An IP PBX offers everything you need including redundancy.
With true business grade services you’ll experience perfect call
quality as well as the proven reliability you need and demand.
Today, 1000s of companies use and rely on IP pbx solutions for their daily communication.

Below are just a few of the popular VoIP packages we provide to corporations around the country.
Give our friendly team a call today and let us find the perfect fit for your business.

Why choose VoIP?

1. Get all the features you’re used to and more

A VoIP PBX solution does everything a traditional PABX does… and more. From call centre applications, to call recording, wireless DECT solutions and more, there’s no compromise with an IP PBX solution.

2. Link multiple business site locations

You might have offices all over the country, but with a VoIP PBX they can all be connected to become part of the one phone system, as if they were all in the same office. Gone are all the geographical restrictions. This applies whether you’re linking offices or just individual remote workers. Click here for more information.

3. Remote workers

Anywhere your staff can get internet, they can connect to the system. Your sales people may prefer to work from home or still make calls and receive their voicemails on the road. Now they can. This is a fantastic way to enhance staff productivity and also loyalty. Now they can do their jobs from anywhere.

4. Did we mention that all intra office communication is FREE!

5. VoIP means you can stop paying for expensive line rentals!

Traditional line rentals can typically cost as much as $35 per line per month. With some VoIP services, you can reduce this to less than $10 per line! For example, 20 Telstra PSTN lines would cost as much as $700 a month. With VoIP you can enjoy savings of over $6000+ in annual line rentals alone!

6. VoIP call quality is perfect

As a corporation, you’d always opt for a true “business grade service” because call quality and reliability are paramount. If you’ve heard bad things about VoIP, it’s from people that are trying to use a dirt cheap home service and expecting perfect call quality. Like anything in life, if you try to do it on the cheap, it will come back to bite you. Business grade VoIP is a brilliant corporate solution.

7. IP PBX solutions offer complete redundancy

With an IP PBX you can also attach normal phone lines as a back-up. This gives you the ultimate peace of mind and, in the unlikely event you need it, offers a complete failsafe for your communications.

8. Eliminate unnecessary staff and save $10,000s

When you’re able to link sites together you’re able to rationalise certain staff in call handling roles. You may have 5 offices but with VoIP you no longer need 5 receptionists.

What normal phone system features can I get?

A VoIP enabled PBX system is a normal phone system these days. It includes all the features most medium business want, such as:

  • Voicemail
  • DECT solutions for mobility
  • Call recording
  • Call centre applications
  • Multi site linking
  • Soft consoles for communication anywhere
  • Unified messaging
  • Auto attendant and after hours answering
  • Remote worker applications
  • The ability to administer your own solution, and much, much, more…..

The 3 types of VoIP system

1. VoIP PBX Hybrid

This is the most popular choice and all the leading brands offer these hybrid solutions. Hybrids offer the proven reliability of your existing phone system technology, then add VoIP functionality to it.

The benefit is you are never exclusively reliant upon your data network for communication (i.e. if your internet is down for any reason, you will still be able to make phone calls and conduct business). Most clients opt for digital handsets (more reliable and cheaper) and then use VoIP phone handsets for remote users, etc. This still gives you all the benefits of VoIP, at a fraction of the cost of a VoIP-only solution. It also means that you can still use normal phone lines such as PSTN, ISDN, primary rate and SIP trunking.

2. Independently Controlled VOIP IP PBX

This option allows you to maintain the normal phone lines that are already installed in your site, and operate VOIP through your IP handsets (not digital).

You control everything from the controller, or your main telephone equipment. It works with PSTN, ISDN, primary rate or SIP trunking.

The downside to this system is that the additional costs of the IP handsets can make it a more expensive option than the VoIP hybrid above.

3. VOIP IP PBX

This is a VoIP-only phone system which connects your IP handsets via the internet back to another location.

You don’t need any main equipment (or a controller) in your office as you would with a traditional phone system, and everything is managed by the phone call supplier.

The benefit of an IP PBX is that you will only pay for virtual VoIP lines from VoIP carriers. This means you can eliminate your PSTN & ISDN phone line rentals and save a great deal of money!

The downside is that because there are no normal phone lines and you don’t control your own phone system, if your internet goes down then – technically - so does your phone system.
